Barefoot Manta Island Resort Fiji offers guests a selection of international and Fiji inspired cuisine. Ingredients are sourced locally from the Yaswasa Islands including sustainable fresh fish with fruit and vegetables grown in the resort's own gardens and any additional ingredients required sourced from the mainland.
Be sure to try the traditional Fiji dish Kokoda. Fish marinated in lemon or lime juice, submerged in coconut milk with spring onion, tomato and for those who like spice a little chilli too. Served chilled Kododa is refreshing, tropical cuisine at it's best.

For guests arriving on the ferry service from Port Denarau/Nadi lunch is included on day 1. For houseguests returning on the ferry to Port Denarau/Nadi on their day of departure and requesting lunch, an additional lunch is FJ$32 per adult, FJ$16 per child and free for infants.
